- Service Fee (Vendor) — professional support to prepare documents, submit the application and follow up with CAK. Our standard service fee is USD 400 per equipment (covers document prep, submission, vendor representation; CAK fees billed separately).

Consultation Fee (per Equipment)
Our comprehensive service generally covers:
- Pre-check of test reports (ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation verification).
- Compilation of CAK application form and supporting documents.
- Submission to CAK and coordination of sample delivery.
- Follow-up, queries handling, and issuance support.
Note: the consultations generally excludes the CAK official fee (in KES) and any additional laboratory testing costs, courier/import charges, or taxes.
Payment Terms & Currency
Practical payment information:
- CAK official fees are denominated in KES and should be paid following CAK payment instructions (bank transfer / specified channels). Confirm the correct CAK account and reference before payment.
